Can't Find the Label?
Start on the bottom bar: the metal label there carries the door's serial number.
Door labels are usually a metal tag on the door itself, near the guides, the hood, or the operator/motor. If you cannot find it, do not worry, send us what you can: a photo of the whole door, a photo of the motor/operator, the rough opening size (width x height), and the building address. We will work with you to pin down the right part.

Have Your As-Builts?
If you have a copy of your as-built drawings, you can find the project's H number in the title block on the right-hand side of the sheet. Give us the H number and we can pull the job up on our end.
The diagram below shows an as-built sheet, with the right-side title block highlighted. The serial number, by contrast, is on the metal label on the door's bottom bar — not in the drawings.
